Dental health is incredibly important to your overall health. We never want the cost to stand in the way of you getting the care you need. We have a variety of ways to assist with paying for your dental care.
Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify.
Uninsured Children
SCMS HealthAccess is a community partnership to improve access to health care for low-income, uninsured residents of Topeka and Shawnee County.
Payment Arrangements
If you need a service you cannot afford, we may be able to discuss a payment plan.
Sliding Scale Fee Discount
If you complete the Financial Assistance Application, you may be eligible for a fee discount.
We use the most current FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES to determine financial eligibility.
Financial Assistance Application
Patients are asked to bring a copy of their household income, a photo ID, and the Patient Application to their first appointment. If you choose not to provide household income, that is okay. You will not be eligible for reduced sliding-fee scale rates and will be responsible for market value rates.
